HAND DRUMMING WORKSHOPS

This will be a fun hand’s on workshop for students of all ages and levels. It will teach basic concepts of performing in a drum circle using various hand percussion instruments including Djembes, Congas, Bongos as well as a variety of other instruments including shakers, cowbells, claves, etc…..

Jeff will teach some basic technique and rhythms of these instruments as well as some history on these instruments and musical applications.

This workshop will include some handout material. This will be the opportunity for you to express yourself with a variety of percussion instruments in a fun learning atmosphere with other drummers.

Length: Eight - 60 -90minute sessions.
